Overnight Caregiver for Young Adults with Disabilities in our home in Hyannis - we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate overnight caregiver to join our home in providing support to four amazing young male adults, aged 22, with intellectual disabilities and autism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while promoting the individuals' independence and well-being. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overnight continuous supervision and support throughout the night. Daily living skills, including meal preparation, hygiene, showering and medication reminders. Laundry and housekeeping helping maintain a clean and organized living space. Implement positive behavior support strategies as needed. Be prepared to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
