About who needs care: Independent , lives by herself. She uses walker. In early October she fell and broke her hip. Has finished rehab - leg is still weak. Right now we'd feel it is in her best interest to have 24 hour care. She is extremely hard of hearing - we use white board of phone app. She has now been placed in the nursing facility - until we can set up a home plan. About the care needs: Easy going ( but firm), good listener. Cooking light meals, light cleaning, stripping bed and washing. Make she takes her pills( family sets them up for the week) Continue exercises PT has set up for her. Just making sure she doesn't fall when she gets up. Make sure she drinks water. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
