About the job
I'm looking for companion and light hands-on care for my 92-year-old grandmother in Franklin, MA. Overnight hours required, and frequent daytime hours as needed. She has been struggling with some memory and mind related issues, so memory care experience is a plus. Medication prompting is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping as needed, but she is typically very independent. Looking for a caring, compassionate, and patient companion. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include possible transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. She has a cat so pet comfortability is required. Must be comfortable giving references and background check.
