About who needs care: My father is 81 years old and has Alzheimer's that is slowly getting more advanced. Since he stopped driving the variety and activity level of his daily life has declined, but he still walks a lot. He lives with my mother (they just celebrated 55 years) and she leaves to play bridge twice a week. We have added a third day to give my father more activity and my mother another day where she can do as she pleases. often go for an hour walk in the woods with my dog. The activities that we are looking for a caregiver to help with/enable are: walking, going to the camp, and occasionally going out for pizza.
