Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Danvers

About who needs care: Both my parents are approaching 90 and they live on their own (together). Both have some mobility issues, and Dad has some dementia. I would like to get them some help (days of the week are currently flexible, as are the number of hours). I want to get them used to having some help, and have flexibility for the assistance to grow as their needs do. I've contacted several agencies but thought I would reach out to find some referrals to independent caretakers as well. About the care needs: THey are open, but maybe since they lack a lot of opportunity to socialize, someone on the older side, who can interact with them. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
