About who needs care: Can walk with walker needs help has neuropathy on feet cannot walk on his own live with my mom who is also with neuropathy on feet cannot walk on his own Lives with my mom who is also with Parkinsons and needs that extra help shes 90 its reallyits really more for her on the days she doesnt have the extra help About the care needs: Speak English preferably they are both hard of hearing But physical therapy is always needed.
