About the care needs: Able and willing to lift laundry (2 wash loads, 1 dryer load) 4 flights of 15 steps per flight, 4 flights to basement laundry room. Able to carry 3-5 bags of groceries up 3 flights of stairs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
