Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Boxborough

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s who is quite independant, but due to age is weak, low vision, hard of hearing and uses walker. No lifting involved as she can get up from chair or bed herself. Please be willing to do light housekeeping and occasional simple meal prep. I am often at home when caretaker is working and normally I will do the cooking and you help me clean up. There will be 1 or 2 children (7 and 9 yr old girls) in the house when you are on duty but they are very independent and don't need supervision. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. You will need an all wheel drive vehicle in winter due to slope in driveway.
