About who needs care: Patient needs elderly care/personal care help with bathing, eating, changing, moving etc. About the care needs: Someone who is kind and caring. Also competent - has experience dealing with a patient in a weak/fragile state. Someone that is strong and able to help the patient move around when possible, e. g., go upstairs and downstairs or move around from kitchen to the living room. Ability to change diapers etc. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
