About who needs care: Weakness and needs mobility assistance with walker. Still works two days a week. Extremely intelligent/ a physician. Daily needs: Mornings (early around 6:30 -7 a.m. except on Tues & Thurs-about 2 hours): help get up, hygiene, cook breakfast, clean up dishes , help get dressed. Evenings (around 4-7 p.m. -about 2-3 hours: hygiene, cook dinner, clean up dishes, get ready for bed. About the care needs: Smart, willing to take directives, likes to discuss current events, has initiative, thinks out of the box, Like plants/ gardening. Specialized skill: transfers. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
