Care For Lady With Dementia

Lovely elderly lady needs care. Looking to fill shifts around the clock. She has moderate Dementia with related aphasia. Lives with her husband and he needs respite from being the primary caregiver. She needs care round the clock, but family is hesitant to have people in the house that much, so we need to be gentle and ease than into it. She doesn't need physical assistance though she could use a spotter on the staircase. Looking for someone who presents as intelligent, refined and can creatively troubleshoot throughout the shift. Push fluids, take her for drives, strike a balance between giving her active cognitive stimulation and quiet rest time. Know how to give her binary choices to give her the best chance to reply and express a preference. Thanks!
