Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Athol

About whom needs care: She has to get up and walk a lot because of leg cramps and UTIs. She has had constant UTIs to the point where she cannot wear anything on her lower half, so she is constantly needing help to and in the bathroom. I need someone to do her therapy with her as well. We need 24/7 care. She is at a facility now, but she is getting worse by the day because they nor any other place can give her what she needs, and we can see the decline. We need someone to be with her throughout the day for all daily events so she can live safely. About the care needs: She likes all people but needs someone uplifting in spirit. Services needed include transportation, meal preparation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing/dressing, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
