Seeking Morning Help For Elderly (90s) Grandmother

My family is seeking a helper for my grandmother who is in her mid-90s. Initial job responsibilities would include helping her get up in the morning and start the day off right (ensuring she eats breakfast, takes her medicine, maybe helping her walk a bit on her front porch, light housekeeping - ensuring the bathroom is tidy, dishes are put away, etc.) and spending some time with her. As time goes on, we anticipate her needs increasing so responsibilities would likely evolve to include helping her with showering, etc. so we would want someone who would be comfortable with this
