Caregiver/Companion Needed For Myself

Daily caregiver needed for partially recovered quadriplegic man. Please note, man is middle-aged (50) and not a senior! Patient is fairly independent, able to walk around the house, do majority of care for his body including bathroom needs, lift light things, some cooking. Work needed therefore includes: - help with ADLs on occasion (e. g., showering, putting on a shirt, socks/sneakers) - driving patient to and from all appointments and grocery shopping - help shopping/unloading groceries and with any heavier lifting - light house cleaning, straightening up patient's bedroom, making bed, laundry, etc. - must be comfortable with/caring for small dog - warm & friendly companionship is a must Position is 40 hours/week Position is long-term. Pay: $25/hr paid through Mass Health every 2-weeks
