Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Ponchatoula

About who needs care: My uncle is in congestive heart failure. He's 82. He struggles to get in/out of bed. We need help with bathing. He's still a lot of fun, but does get fussy at times. His day can start with needing help to the toilet and changing clothes. He'll need breakfast and snacks served. He watches one show on TV. I'm here during the day, as I work from home and cannot attend to him as often as he needs. Currently, we need to get the current sitter a break on Tuesdays. Occasionally, more days may be requested. About the care needs: We need someone dependable and on time. We need someone with a flexible personality. He can be a handful at times. He likes to joke around. He's currently undergoing wound care for his feet... a nurse comes every other day to change that. And he can't bathe in the shower... we sit him on the toilet and do a sponge bath. He likes to sit outside. He does smoke. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
