About who needs care: My stepfather has dementia. He is mobile but needs assistance toileting (he wears adult diapers) and with incontinence. He also needs assistance bathing. He has diabetes and needs assistance with managing his medication. About the care needs: I would like someone who is reliable, personable and thorough. The person would be assisting my mother and needs to have a collaborative mindset. My mother is very attentive and has a routine that needs to be maintained to support her care of my stepfather to relieve some of her caregiving duties. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
