About who needs care: Keeps odd hours. Under hospice care (cancer). Wants to "age in place" at senior apt. Wheelchair bound but keeps trying to get up then falls and calls 911 to come put him in chair. Diabetic, overweight, no strength, takes a lot of meds. About the care needs: Ability to help transfer chair to recliner to toilet. I'm working on changing height of his bed. Dad watches tv/movies all day/night. Needs meals prep and light housekeeping for tiny place. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
