Overnight Watch Needed For Mother With Dementia

I'm looking for someone to do a wellness check / sit through the night in case my mother with dementia wakes and needs something. I stay with her often, but live elsewhere and need some help. In my experience, 90-95% of the time she sleeps through the night without waking. But if she does wake, she needs help with the bathroom and sometimes has an accident (right now only urine accidents) that needs to be cleaned. Most of the job is down / passive time so I was hoping for a lower rate.
