About who needs care: My mom has Parkinson's. She can do most things except fix her meals. She loves to get out and about. Movies, shopping, museums, exercise parks. She is just still full of life. She needs a nap in the afternoon. My husband and I have full time jobs and can not be with her all the time. She is very high functioning but needs assistance. About the care needs: Intelligent. Good conversations and not loud. Loves to get out and walk exercise go to museums and see different things. Art crawls. New movies. She has always love to travel. Maybe even driving to different towns to eat and see new things. She's a goer on good days. She does not like to be alone. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
