About who needs care: Mobility issues. Uses hearing aids. Is a fall risk. Using a walker with someone to assist if necessary. Uses Depends, but also goes to the toilet. Needs help with bath. Eldest son lives with him, but he is not capable to assist solo due to his own health issues. Watches TV mostly since he no longer drives. About the care needs: Would need to be strong enough to assist moving 240lb man into and out of bed, to ensure he doesn't fall while using walker. Patient uses hearing aids to may need to speak louder than normal. Patient is mentally aware and can hold conversations with caregiver. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
