About who needs care: I am my grandparents full time care giver,
Im also a mother of 3!
I handle everything with Mimi and pa from showers, toileting, cooking, cleaning, mornings, days, and nights!
We are currently looking for transportation to and from doctors visit which they have often! Sometimes 3 in one day,
My grandfather is a war vet and retired captain from the sheriffs office,
He suffers from PTSD, dementia, and a handful of other issues he is currently medicated for,
He gets short of breath pretty often and is a mans man! He will rarely ask for help even though its pretty obvious when its needed, if its not his idea its not happening!
So Im looking for someone with patience, who isn't distracted, and can help me get him to and from appointments with ease and peace of mind knowing that someone will be as careful with him as I am.
About the care needs: Bubbly personality
Someone who lets him conversation or tell past stories,
Anyone into football, war stories, anyone who is easy on the ears, although he may say things he believes in this generation surely argues about everything.
Someone caring and respectful
