Sweet Lady, Beautiful Location, Serene And Supportive Double-Staffed Work Environment

Looking for a fourth caregiver to join our care team for my Mom. Everyone on our team works to develop a genuine relationship of trust-- we treat her respectfully, anticipate her needs, are empathetic, patient, attentive to detail, and great listeners. Logistically, my Mom needs assistance with mobility, toileting, showering, assistance with physical activity, simple meals prepared, and light housekeeping. We have a Sit-to-Stand Hoyer and a rotating bed. No lifting required. You must be punctual, dependable, communicate clearly, prioritize honesty, and be very comfortable with animals. You must have proof of a Covid booster within the past year, be a non-smoker, and have the flexibility to switch / cover shifts. Some experience with dementia required. $25/hr + compensation for long commutes.
