About the job
Everyone on our team works to develop a genuine relationship of trust with my Mom-- we treat her respectfully, anticipate her needs, are empathetic, patient, attentive to detail, and great listeners. Logistically, my Mom needs assistance with mobility, toileting, showering, encouragement and assistance with physical activity, simple meals prepared, and light housekeeping. We have a Sit-to-Stand Hoyer and a Star sleep rotating bed. No lifting required. You must be punctual, dependable, communicate clearly, prioritize honesty, and be very comfortable with animals. You must have proof of a Covid booster within the past year. We're in Lafitte, a 30m drive south. If you commute from the city, we offer additional compensation.
