Looking For An Addition To Our Care Team!

We're looking to add a fifth member to our care team. Everyone on our team works to develop a genuine relationship of trust with my Mom. We treat her respectfully, anticipate her needs, are empathetic, patient, attentive to detail, and great listeners. We don't talk about her in the third person or see her as a list of tasks. Logistically, my Mom needs assistance with mobility, toileting, showering, encouragement and assistance with physical activity, simple meals prepared, and light housekeeping. We have a Sit-to-Stand Hoyer and a Charme Starsleep rotating bed. My Mom is only awake 6-8 hrs a day, and follows a regular diet and schedule. You must be punctual, dependable, communicate clearly, prioritize honesty, and be very comfortable with animals--we have dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and goats. Your Covid vaccine must be current.
