Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Union

About who needs care: My mother in law is suffering from early onset dementia. My father in law takes care of her but it has gotten exceedingly harder for him as he is 88 years old. He is very healthy and active and actually still works. We are looking for a female who is CNA certified to come and help take care of her and provide companionship 4 days a week for about 5 hours a day. Light cooking, light cleaning (dishes, etc) and possibly taking her for walks or very light activities. About the care needs: An outgoing positive personality would be great! A kind spirit but someone who can handle her strong personality. They would need to be CNA certified because my in laws have an insurance policy that would pay for the care. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
