About who needs care: END STAGE DEMENTIA. Father will need to be fed if not already eaten supper. If he has had it earlier, just a light snack with his evening meds. Mother needs help cleaning up kitchen each night along with some vacuuming a couple nights a week. Father will need to be changed at 8:00 p.m. when arriving and the last thing before leaving at 11:00 p.m. Will also need to be rolled onto one side while there. About the care needs: Fun, easy going personality. Must be able to independently and properly change an adult bed ridden man and make him comfortable. Hand washing before feeding patient and after changing is a must. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
