Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Smithland

About who needs care: My mother is in her 80's and has late stage Alzheimer's & has also begun hospice. She enjoys reading. She usually take her meals followed by rest and respite periods of watching television, relaxing either in her recliner or outside on her patio/carport. One day a week we try to take her to a senior center which is less than a mile down the road from her house for socializing. Also, I, her daughter live 2 houses down from here and have cameras installed throughout her house and am available for call 24/7. This can be necessary because of the degenerative nature of her disease she is prone to bouts of confusion and rage, some worse than others but all of which abate over time. About the care needs: Someone who knows how to be caring with such a condition without treating her like a child. Experience with other patients with extreme dementia and late stage Alzheimer's is a definite must. Puzzles, reading and just the ability to converse with an elderly woman in poor mental state would be a plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
