Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Paducah

About who needs care: I am diabetic, also arthritis of the spine, hip and shoulder, which makes it impossible for me to sweep and mop. I also have a heart condition which makes me extremely tired after a small amount of work. I use a walker most of the time. I do not drive anymore and do not have a vehicle. About the care needs: I am a smoker and I want someone that this will not be a problem. I am very easy to get along with people. I live alone and that is not a problem for me. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
