About who needs care: He has Parkinson's, has mobility issues but can still ambulate (very slowly). He's a fall risk. Can bathe & feed himself but may need help with grooming. Sleeps a lot. Has mild cognitive decline but so far no dementia. About the care needs: He is a talker. He loves talking about himself. He is from South America but has been here 50+ years - but has an accent. His only hobbies now are watching news and sports on tv. He used to play, coach & ref soccer. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
