Personal Care For 65 Year Old Dementia Patient ---- Only A Few Hours Each Week

I need in-home personal care for my 65-year-old brother, who has dementia. Specifically I'm looking for someone to help him bathe, housekeeping & laundry, and provide respite care. I'm thinking about 3 to 4 hours per day and likely 2 days per week. I'm flexible on both hours and days of care. My preference is for a male caregiver for my brother's comfort level. Respite is needed for when I am out of the city vacationing and likely only a few weekends each year. As of now, he will not require all-day respite care; rather a few hours per each day that I'm away.
