Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Louisville

About who needs care: Not sure how the pay is calculated by zip code, but we can only afford to pay $15 per hour. My Mother has chronic asthma has an inhaler & on oxygen; she is diabetic, has high blood pressure, high cholesterol; she is incontinent & wears pull ups & utilizes chux to keep wherever she is sitting dry. She takes medicines for the aforementioned. She is not very mobile. She has chronic pain in her knees & legs & mainly stays in her wheelchair, if not lying down. Will need help getting in & out of her bed & wheelchair, but she can assist by pushing up on the side of the bed & arms of the chair, as well as pull up on things to get up. About the care needs: We need someone of a mature age who is in good shape, will show up every day & has dependable transportation. The ideal person will be kind & truly care about what the care they are providing, but have tough skin & be in charge because she can be a little standoffish, almost downright mean, until she gets used to you. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
