About who needs care: Need Transportation to and from Therapy approximately 6 miles from my house. Driver would need to take me to Brownsboro Crossings Kort Therapy approximately 6 miles from my house. Driver would need to take me to Brownsboro Crossings Kort Therapy, leave me there for approx. one hour then pick me up and return to my home in Crossgate across from Holiday Manor shopping center. I have been using a walker for over two years due to balance issues caused by chemo several years ago. December 10 I fell in my home and fractured my left wrist which meant I could not use my walker. Therefore, I am unable to use my walker until I have been okayed for weight-bearing. Not sure when I will be able to drive again. Hopefully not too long. Services needed include: transportation.
