About who needs care: My mom is 92 years old and until the last year she was driving and self-sufficient. She was diagnosed with dementia last year and now has mobility issues due to severe pain in her hip and back area. She is definitely a fall risk. I want her to be able to live at home as long as possible. About the care needs: I need someone who is very patient and has experience with dementia care. Also, someone who is a very kind, a good listener and conversationalist. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
