Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Louisville

About who needs care: Currently my lovely and incredibly sweet mother-in-law is living alone. Her husband has been in the hospital and now physical therapy rehab for months now and it is looking like he may not come home. Eventually we may need to find assisted living for them both to be together. But for now, she is just getting lonely. We don't live far but have demanding jobs and a toddler. We visit at least once a week, but the time alone is taking a toll. She needs conversation, some help w housework and gardening and maybe some rides to shop and get out of the house. About the care needs: Someone who enjoys talking. She is lovely to chat with and the nicest woman. I think a woman would be best but the right male personality could work. She is very sensitive and will cry at the drop of a hat over someone hurting or something beautiful. Someone with a heart the size of hers to match that energy would be good. Gardening or cooking would go over well. She might also do well with some light physical therapy, if there is an opportunity for that. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
