She needs assistance with things like transferring, location changes, etc. Her balance is off sometimes so we stay close when she walks with her walker. She is very dependent. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
