Seeking Senior Care Provider In London

About who needs care: Mother has dementia and Dad has mobility and heart issues. I'm looking for respite care for myself. I need someone who can fill in occasionally when needed. My brother can be here some but he's a minister and can't work Wed or Sun. Mom sometimes can shower and go to bathroom but sometimes she can't. Dad is mostly self sufficient but can't help mom. He has IBS had occasionally need bathroom help as well. About the care needs: Must love dogs. We have dachshunds. They have a dog door so they don't need walked. When the weather is nice my folks like to be on porch. Dad still does wood carving when he can. At least one meal a day would be required. Mom sleeps a lot. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
