Its important that they genuinely care about the person they're looking after and can understand their needs, even when they might not be easy to communicate. I'd also look for someone who is reliable because consistency is key, especially when it comes to health and well-being. Trust is huge for me too; Id want to feel comfortable and know that they're respectful and dependable. It would also be great if they have some experience or training in personal care, but equally important is their ability to listen and adjust to the unique needs of the person they're caring for. Id want them to be both professional and kind someone who can make life easier but also offer a bit of companionship Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
