About who needs care: Rheumatoid Arthritis for many years Kidney failure (goes to dialysis a mile from her house Tues, Thurs, Sat from 10:15-2:15) Recently had pneumonia (currently in a rehab facility) Not very mobile Handicap accessible home (raised toilet seat, walkers, going to get a wheelchair, possibly hospital bed, chairlift) Weighs 127 lbs Breakfast (yogurt, coffee) Lunch something simple Dinner (sometimes enjoys a pickup from fast food) I (daughter) take care of getting all meds in pill boxes. Would need someone to hand her meds and water Sleeps a lot or sits in a chair and watches tv About the care needs: Someone who is sweet, kind and patient Mom is funny. Not very social outside of home. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
