Hands-on Care Needed For My Parents

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my parents in their 80s. Important - experience with administering medication is required. They will need assistance with getting to/from bathroom. They mostly sit in their chairs, but need someone there to assist when needed. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained.
