Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: Congestive Heart Failure, very limited mobility, dementia, needs assistance bathing, shaving, and may need help going to the bathroom. Needs help having meals and drinks fixed. Retired career firefighter, widowed, lives with daughter/son in law and grandson. Not sure how their ideal day would be. Any improvement from the way things are now would be great. He is more than welcome to can handle with jobs and other responsibilities. About the care needs: Someone with some physical strength. (he weighs about 270) Someone patient. (He doesn't hear well.) It would help if they like football, golf, firefighting, or can talk about things like home improvement. He did that as a side job. He likes playing cards. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
