About the job
I'm looking for care for my parents who are in their 80s. They live on a farm and have been married for over 60 years. My dad has some issues with dementia but can do lots of things on his own. He can't be alone because of the confusion. My mom has needs more physical care. She is in the hospital right now... so the job would likely start with just caring for my dad. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We need a caregiver who is a non-smoker because my mom has a serious lung disease. So there are 3 shifts we are looking for... the two immediate shifts are 4pm-midnight..... midnight to 8 a.m. Those need to be filled ASAP. Please reach out so I can share more details!!
