About who needs care: Unknown diagnosis at this time. Generalized weakness, High fall risk. Lower extremity edema (bilateral). Needs oversight by to minimal 1 person, ADL assistance (bathing and dressing mostly). Household tasks at times depending on the weakness and fatigue-cooking, driving, cleaning, organizing. This individual still works full time, hybrid home and in-office so caregiver will need to be willing to assist both in the home or at the office. About the care needs: Positive, energetic, non-judgmental, supportive. This individual is 38 years old and has experienced a lot of health issues but is very appreciative and hard working. She just needs help to get back on her healing path. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
