CAREGIVER CNA Overnights Private Home Care RNS Private Duty Care Kansas City $20 to $21 based on experience and availability. RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and are looking for caring, dependable and team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry. Flexible scheduling available. We do have a no sleeping policy. Qualifications High School Diploma Licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RNS' Vehicle Safety Program Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and RNS' policies Cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities Daily access to RNS' email Knowledge of the English language Responsibilities Provides care agreed upon by client or client's family and RNS case manager. Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer's and dementia clients. vital signs. patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management. Transportation and errands as needed for client. CPR certified or certification within 90 days of hire. Current TB test or tested within 90 days of hire. Caregiver of the month awards. Holiday pay.
