About who needs care: My dad had a stroke and will be living with my brother. My brother works remotely but is very busy with work and two children. We are looking for someone to help take care of my dad, provide some structure, help shower, get dad dress, and help with his meals. My dad had a stroke while hang gliding. He's adventurous, loves the outdoors, sweet treats, sarcastic, and a lover of classic rock. We are flexible with the schedule. About the care needs: Ideally someone with a CNA or healthcare background who can help with transfers, showering, help assist with meals. We would like someone who can create a routine with my dad. Take him out on walks, exercise, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
