About who needs care: She is in heart failure unfortunately, she takes medications 2X a day, her morning and night pills. Its difficult for her to get around so we mainly do her exercises and watch TV until shes ready to go back and lay down. I personally don't agree with the schedule they have her on. About the care needs: Caregiver needs to be very patient. She has Alzheimer's so sometimes she becomes irritated if shes too overstimulated. She doesn't stay up very long, but if you'd like to introduce new hobbies into her life you can try! She doesn't really have a care for her own interests though. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
