Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Portage

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
