Companion Care Needed For My Father And Mother

We are looking for someone to come stay with my in-laws while we are on vacation. Both parents are in their 80's. They both walk with a cane (sometimes my father-in-law uses a walker) . Our main concern is making sure they are healthy. We have had 2 incidents in the last 3 months when they were mildly sick and ended up in the hospital. We would also like lunch and dinner provided for them each day. They are able to cook small meals but we would like them to have full meals. They do like company, so we would like someone that can chat with them. My father-in- law is suppose to be doing some light exercises such as walking down the hall, so encouraging that would be great. We would also like some light cleaning to be done on the main level. Sweeping the floor, cleaning the kitchen, doing the dishes, taking out the trash etc.
