About who needs care: 77 yr old man with acute TBI from fall and brain bleed. History of normal pressure hydrocephalus with balance issues and incontinence and memory issues. Chronic headaches and dental issues. Needing approximately 10 hours of nursing care per week. Approximately 3 - 4 days a week. About the care needs: Prior healthcare experience required (nursing or home health background preferred) Patient, reliable, and physically capable of assisting with mobility Experience with neurological or memory-impaired patients is a plus Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
