About the job
Seeking reliable care/supervision for one adult (21 yo) male with high functioning autism that is mostly independent and well behaved, but needs adult supervision to ensure a safe environment. This would be in our home. Timeframe is starting around June/July 2025. Exact start date is flexible as are the specific hours. The desired schedule would be for two weeks every month, M-Th 7a-5p and F 7a-noon. This would be a repeating schedule once established, and would be for an indefinite amount of time. Ideal candidate has their own car, is ok with pets (cats), and has experience/exposure to special needs. Punctuality, patience, and good communication are essential. Reliable attendance is very important with an attendance bonus considered for the right candidate.
