About who needs care: Recent discharge from hospital, will be getting PT/OT home care, but needs help with household tasks, esp carrying firewood. NEEDS SOMEONE TO MAKE A MEAL FOR HER AND EAT WITH HER at least once every couple days. Needs someone to help her move more but do less strenuous work. About the care needs: She is very religious and would probably prefer someone who is also very religious Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
